Ingredients Needed For Making This Item
- Rolled oats 45 grams
- Chia seeds 1/2 Tbsp, optional
- Ice cubes
- Vanilla yogurt of choice, 190 grams
- 2 sliced frozen bananas in medium size
- Blueberries of 180 grams
- Honey 1 tsp
- Milk of choice of 240 – 360 ml
Directions
- FILL the blender with the rolled oats and blend until finely ground.
- Add chia seeds if using for extra nutrition and texture.
- Blend the oats several times until the mixture becomes powdery and smooth.
- Add ice cubes together with vanilla yogurt into the blender.
- Include the frozen banana slices and blend thoroughly.
- Continue blending until the ingredients move smoothly inside the blender jar.
- Add fresh or frozen blueberries along with honey.
- Blend everything until the smoothie becomes creamy and uniform in texture.
- Pour in 240 ml of milk and continue blending until smooth.
- Add more milk little by little if a thinner consistency is preferred.
- Once perfectly blended, immediately pour the smoothie into two or three serving glasses.

Directions
- FILL the blender with the oats, and then turn it on.
- To the milled flaxseed, add (if using).
- To get the oats to the desired consistency, pulse the blender several times while running at full power.
